Today
is a very unique day where CCCP project started and end on Friday.
I get very excited every time they came here because they made studying fun and less stressful.
A workshop like this really is thrilling because I get to know people around and not just stick around. Besides, I get to train my guts and making friends and get connected to the others around here.
This is where we brainstorm under the guidance of Mark, our favorite Salford lecturer. He guide us with patient and I can see that he is a lovely tutor who loves his students and boost confidence in us. Even so, he is a perfectionist + competitive person (correct me if I'm wrong!). I find it quite charming and I love the environment with him around where we are motivated to do far beyond our capability or maybe something we couldn't dream of!
This is what we are working on in the class where our mind map stated what we had discover on Manchester! Local product from food to merchandise are quite interesting and what we had find in common. We had fun in searching for information and get to know each other!
These two girls are from Broadcast studies where me and my friend are from Multimedia and its quite fun doing project with different people rather than sticking with one that you knew for ages!
This is me and my friend and what a coincidence we are in the same group!
All Hale Group 2 with Mark!
MY PERCEPTION TODAY
Being here
with the Salford lecturer's is really less stressful because they make us feel good about ourselves and it's okay for us to make mistakes.
They could easily cheer up the atmosphere in class and make you feel motivated in doing your job where you receive compliments.
Honestly,
studies that I had all this long made me a very stressful person and I already lost track in what I should do in future!
I was sure to try and to feel good in my work in past but when I present it to tutor there is never been a compliment like Salford lecturer's giving us.
Not to say that they are not good but they show us what is important, planning, management and to push ourselves to be better.
In conclusion,
I am very glad to have made a change in myself over my personality.
I admitted I felt insecure, unsure and introvert BUT I never gave up and wanted to improve myself to be better in this field.
I really hope lecturers could understand our views to make every thing possible and be tolerable with us as we are still learning.
